United Methodist Men | United Methodist Women | Youth Ministries | Education Ministries | Music Ministries | Food Ministries MUSIC AT LAKESIDE Lakeside’s 50th Year is certainly proving to be an exciting year, with the wonderful kick-off celebration! Thank you to the whole Worship Team who helped to make the service on April 6 so beautiful. The choirs outdid themselves in adding to the message and communion service, and the overwhelming feeling of the Holy Spirit rejoicing with us was amazing! This year will hold more exciting programs to celebrate our 50th in the months to come. You won’t want to miss them. The Chancel Choir will continue to sing through the month of May, and the Sacred Dance Troupe will be bringing us another beautiful offering this month. Mother’s Day we will have a guest soloist from Sussex, NJ, Craig Spear. Craig is also Barbara Russum’s son-in-law. We are all so sad to see Arlie leave our music ranks. She has been such an integral part of our choirs since she came to Lakeside, as a soloist, Chancel Choir singer, then Praise Team member, and preparing all our visuals, besides her Christian friendship.
